At Absolutely Fabulous skin therapy, your safety is of our highest concern. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe. We have hand sanitiser at the front desk available for you to sanitise your hands upon arrival and wash basins in the bathroom. We will limit the waiting area to 2 clients and where possible get you to wait outside or in the treatment room once it is ready. We use professional sterilization processes including autoclav for our tools and hospital grade disinfectant for surfaces after every client. Masks are available upon your request for you or your therapist to wear during your treatment. Please give us the courtesy and contact us to reschedule your appointment if you present with any symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat. The Abfab girls will not be attending the salon if they present with any symptoms or are sick and as such, your appointment may be rescheduled to another suitable day or time. We apologise in advance for this and the inconvenience this may cause but it is to keep you and the Abfab girls as safe as possible. Your appointment time is set aside just for you. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to check in, relax and settle in. If you are late, your appointment may be limited as a courtesy to our next client. Parking is sometimes limited and busy so please allow time to look for parking. When making your appointment we will ask for a 50% deposit of your treatment price (up to a maximum amount of $50). We kindly ask for 24hrs notice to reschedule your appointment or your deposit may be forfeited.

We ask that you help us maintain the peace and serenity of all relaxation areas. Please set your mobile phone to silent and to speak quietly if on a call.

Customers who are not yet 18 are welcome to enjoy some of the treatment offered at Absolutely Fabulous under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If you are under 18 or making a booking for someone under 18 please contact Abfab on 9798 2277 so we can discuss which treatments are suitable.

Please note that all bookings require a 50% deposit of your treatment price (up to a maximum amount of $50). This is a non-refundable booking fee. This can be taken off the treatment price at the time of your appointment or rolled over onto your next appointment.
