Fast-absorbing, introductory exfoliating serum designed to reveal skin clarity and refine texture. LACTIC ACID (AHA)
An Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA). Lactic Acid is naturally found in milk, molasses and the human skin whilst cosmetic products utilise commercially fermented sources. Lactic Acid chemically exfoliates the skin by dissolving protein bonds causing an increase in skin exfoliation.
CITRIC ACID (AHA)
An AHA known for its exfoliation and antioxidant properties. Citric acid assists to dissolve bonds that adhere dead skin cells together.
SALICYLIC ACID (BHA)
BHA known to assist in reducing oils on the skin. It is because of this action on the skin’s surface that it helps clarify and decongest pores, giving the appearance of refined pores.
BEARBERRY EXTRACT
Taken from a Northern Hemisphere evergreen shrub. Helps brighten skin.
VITAMIN B3 (NIACINAMIDE)
Skin luminosity and radiance enhancer.
Apply once a day to face and neck on alternate days, gradually building to daily use as tolerated. Always apply SPF 30+ during the day when using Ultraceuticals treatment products.
